Abstract
This study focuses on the challenges and opportunities of e-learning and the teaching process in secondary schools. The purpose of the research is to assess how e-learning is being implemented, identify major barriers, and explore possible benefits for teachers and students. The study uses a descriptive research design and collects data from teachers, students, and administrators in selected secondary schools through questionnaires and interviews. The findings reveal that while e-learning offers great opportunities such as flexible learning, access to digital resources, and improved teaching methods, there are still major challenges. These include limited infrastructure, lack of internet access, insufficient digital skills among teachers and students, and low institutional support. The study concludes that successful e-learning in secondary schools requires strong infrastructure, teacher training, and supportive educational policies. It recommends collaboration among schools, government, and stakeholders to improve digital learning and enhance the quality of education.
