A mixed approach was adopted, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed at chercher town administration bureau on the selected sectors. Data analysis was conducted using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), employing descriptive statistics like mean and standard deviation, as well as inferential statistics such as correlation and mediation analysis.The findings reveal that influence of leadership style on organizational culture, indicating a preference for transformational leadership at the town administration.
