dc.descriptionIn almost every year, MU hosts an annual research review day where the research, community engagement and technology transfer performances in different colleges and institutes conducted in the previous year are presented and discussed in detail. Due to the war in Tigray and its consequences, there were no research review days in 2014, 2015 and 2016 E.C. Therefore, this research review day‘s book of abstract is a compilation of abstracts of the best research, community engagement and technology transfer undertakings conducted since 2013 E.C (2020/21GC) and that have passed through the different stages of review process. The university's Research Affairs Directorate Office (RADO) and the research councils at colleges and institutes have been involved in managing, implementing and regulating the activities starting from the call for research proposals to screening and approving the project proposals for funding. This book of abstracts consists of the highlights of research, community engagement and technology transfer undertakings. In addition, name of authors and their affiliations and addresses are provided in each abstract. We are hopeful that the book of abstracts will provide you key information about the different research and related undertakings and their authors. Interested readers are encouraged to contact respective authors.
