dc.description.abstractThis study investigated the impact of leadership style on organizational culture and the employee engagement in chercher town administration bureau on the selected sectors. A mixed approach was adopted, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed at chercher town administration bureau on the selected sectors. Data analysis was conducted using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), employing descriptive statistics like mean and standard deviation, as well as inferential statistics such as correlation and mediation analysis.The findings reveal that influence of leadership style on organizational culture, indicating a preference for transformational leadership at the town administration. The study findings indicate that there is a moderate positive correlation between leadership style and organizational culture, as well as between leadership style and employee engagement.
